★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャッチャ系は背脂多めのすりおろし玉ねぎの乗った山形では珍しいラーメンです。中盛、大盛、特盛設定あり大盛りは1玉プラスなのて要注意です。ランチタイムの半ライスサービスは半年前ぐらいに無くなりました。

地獄ラーメンはシンプルな唐辛子の辛さで、食べやすいらしい。辛いけど。四川なんちゃらは四川感は無くラー油？ただ自家製麺は文句無しに上手い。

自家製麺におろし玉ねぎをはじめとする豊富な具材、旨味のあるスープと全体的に高いレベルでまとまっており、値段も良心的です。
麺の量も通常で180gあり、半玉分ずつ量を増やせます。特大盛りである3玉なら大食漢でも満足するでしょう。
地獄ラーメンなどもあるので辛いのが好きな人もいいかもしれませんね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になってました。やっと今日かみさんと二人で二軒目です。自分は醤油ラーメンでかみさんは味噌ラーメンをお願いしました。来ました。変わったラーメンですね❗おろし玉葱が入ってました。自分は好きな方ですけど、嫌いな方は、、、かみさんの方にも入ってました。まろやかな味わいのスープに中太やや縮れ麺は旨かった‼️スープは少し油浮き多めかなぁ⁉️先ずはご馳走様でした。

入っていらっしゃいませの声もなければ、席誘導もないのでカウンターへ。
お水はセルフです。
今回はねぎ味噌ラーメンに背脂トッピングしました。
ラーメンのトッピングとか凄くボリュームがあり、珍しいおろし玉ねぎがついてます。
麺は中太縮れでした。
スープですが後から少し酸味が来るようなコクのある味噌です。
ですが自分が食べた時はそこまで熱々でもなく、終盤ぬるくなってました。
パチンコ屋が近いので利用する人も多そうです。
個人的には期待しすぎた感があって、次はいいかなと思いました
