★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般的な地域図書館です。図書館内部では、WiFiは使えませんが、ロビーに出ると無料WiFiを使う事が出来ます。ロビーでは、飲食可能です。自動販売機が置いてあるので、そこでジュース、缶コーヒーなどを買うことが出来ます。
図書館内部では、他の図書館とは異なり、パソコン、タブレットなどが使えとても便利です。
 It is a general regional library. WiFi is not available inside the library, but you can use free WiFi when you enter the lobby. Food and drinks are available in the lobby. There are vending machines where you can buy juices, canned coffee, and more.
Inside the library, unlike other libraries, it is very convenient to use a computer or tablet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月曜日は長岡市の図書館、もちろん中之島もですが、休館日です。ネットには営業中、夕方までなんて出ていても、あれは間違いで、あるいは直してないですね。
同じ町なので寒いなか2キロほど歩いて行きましたが、休館でした。行く前にネット見て、ああ中之島の図書館はやってるんだ、とにわかに期待して行ったのが間違いでした。
Monday is a closed day for the library in Nagaoka City, and of course Nakanoshima. Even if it's open on the internet and it's up until the evening, that's a mistake, or it's not fixed.
It was the same town, so I walked about 2 km in the cold, but it was closed. It was a mistake to look online before going and suddenly expect that the library in Nakanoshima is open.
