先生に診てもらうと、とても不思議！
いつも行ってる整骨院とは違います。
魂のワークを受けました。
いつもは腰をグイグイとマッサージされるのですが、ながまち整骨院は足と手しか触りませんでした。
こんなのでいいの？
と思ったのですが、結果的にビックリ⁉️
立ち上がってみると腰の重さもダルさも感じない！
後ろに反らすと腰が痛かったのにその痛みもない！
あんまりにも不思議過ぎて？マークだらけでした。
身体のバランスが崩れてるそうなので又続けて行こうと思います。
トレーニングの体験もさせていただきました。体験なので少しだけでしたが、猫背が真っ直ぐになっていたので、こんな少しで効果があるなら本格的にやろうかなと考え中デス。
