★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、初めて治療の後に3D-EMSをしました?
以前から機械で筋トレが出来るの知っていたけど電気自体が苦手なので?腹筋の筋トレをしたかったけど決心がつきませんでした?
でも先生が言ってた通りぜんぜん痛く無くて、どんどん強くできました?でも腹筋がどんどん強く動くのが分かって少しビックリして・・・でも先生に「初めてやからこれぐらいで良いよ」って声を掛けてもらってホッとしました。
でも後で、もっと強くてもよかったかなって思いました。
夏までにスリムになれる様に続けてみます❤️
