勝手が分からず不安も大きかったけど、ここの弁護士さんは物腰が柔らかくて話もしっかり聞いてくれるので話しやすかったです。
また法的な相談事ができたら、こちらの事務所に依頼したいと思います。

言うこともコロコロ変わるのでオススメしない。
追記:どうやらお願いしていた案件、何も対応していなかったようです。こちらが裁判所なり色んなところに連絡をし判明いたしました。ずっと虚偽の報告をされており、何故そんなことをしたのか理由を聞いても謝るだけ。本当に腹立たしい。
連絡がつかない方は自身で確認された方がいいです。本当にいい加減な対応です。
これ以上自身のような被害を広めたくないので弁護士組合に連絡させていただきます。

Postscript: Apparently, I didn't respond to the request. This was found by contacting various places such as the court. I've been making false reports all the time, and I just apologize for asking why I did that. It's really annoying.
If you can't get in touch, you should check it yourself. It's a really sloppy response.

支払日がほとんど決まるためお盆明けに連絡をすると言ったきり、連絡がないです。また、今日までこちらが電話をかけても一度も出てもらうこともなく折り返しの連絡が無いため困っています。以前もFAXが壊れているか何かで受任通知を送っておらず先方から裁判を持ちかけられたり、その裁判所への連絡もすると言って全くしていなかった為、結局先方や裁判所にこちらから電話で説明することになりました。
勿論今回のことはわたくしが発端ではありますが、ここまで先延ばしにされている中、連絡が取れないとなるととても不安になります。
金谷弁護士がこちらを見てご連絡頂けることを切に願います。皆様は連絡が取れているのだろうか....
追記 : 埒があかない為、本日事務所まで出向き、お話ししました。支払いの話し合いがまだ終わっていなかったようで、今月の上旬には決まるとのことでした。謝罪を頂きましたが何故折り返しご連絡を頂けなかったのかはご説明頂かませんでした。
