s	saki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行ってもスタッフさんが素敵で楽しく撮影していただいています。セットも可愛くてテンションが上がります！自分のカメラでの撮影もOKというのが本当に嬉しいです。今回は下の子のお宮参り撮影でしたが、上の子にも可愛くヘアメイクして頂きありがとうございました。上の子も大満足でした。ただ、出来上がりの写真が同じような構図ばかりだったのが少し残念でした。このアングルなら自分で撮れるね、と思う写真も多々あり…小さな手足や、もっと引きの写真でベビーの小ささがわかるようなものや、全身が映る写真も欲しかったなぁと。そこは少し残念でしたが、衣装もセットもスタッフさんも素敵なのでまた利用させてもらいます(^^) Whenever I go, the staff is nice and fun to shoot. 8	81 Yuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 七五三の撮影で利用しました。 3歳の洋装の衣装が思ったよりも少ない気はしましたが、娘が気に入ったドレスを見つけられたのでよかったです。スタッフさんは緊張してる娘へ気軽に声をかけてくださいました。最終的にはとても自由に動き出してしまった娘ですが、カメラマンのスタッフさんが根気強く対応してくれたのでありがたかったです。あと自由に写真撮影できるコースにして本当によかったなと思いました。いい記念になりました。 I used it for shooting Shichigosan. k	k k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚写真撮影で利用させて頂きました。このお店にして良かった！！ドレスがなかなか決められず、 2度来店し試着させて頂きましたが、嫌な顔せず大事な事だからと、付き合って下さったり、撮影当日もそのスタッフさんが駆けつけて下さったり、カメラマンさんの技術も対応も素晴らしく、こだわって作った持ち込みのブーケの事を話したら、そのブーケを素敵に使った撮影技術には感動です！爆笑の撮影でしたが、とても素敵な写真ばかりで大大満足です!! 一生に一度の大切な写真をあたたかいスタッフの方に撮影して頂き、一生の思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました。 I used it for wedding photography. *	*はる** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 撮影や予約以前の話です。近くに行ったついでに少し寄って子供の七五三の話を聞いて欲しかったのですが、明らかに店に用がある風に店を見ていてもたまたま他の用で出てきた店員はシカト、こちらから声をかければ「お待ちください」と言って他の客の接客をし、その他にも店員が通ったり、レジ付近に何かしに来たりしましたが(明らかに急ぎの仕事はしてない)「どうなさいましたか」の一声もなしでシカト。 3人も顔を合わせてこんなシカトする店初めてでしたよw 結局他の客の接客をし終えた最初の店員が15分ほど接客して全て終えてから忘れてたかのようにやっとこちらに。やっと来たと思えばコロナ禍で予約がないと相談すら出来ないとHPが書いた紙だけ渡され、終わり。結局言う事がそれだけなら待たせた意味あんのか？最初からそれだけ渡して帰せば良かったんじゃないの？シカトはする、効率は悪い、予約や相談する以前に無理です。一人だけならまだしも、大して忙しくもなさそうな店員3人も会ったのにそれですから、接客も写真の出来もそれで分かりますね･･･。ある意味直接会って良かったですw HPで予約だけして当日迎えたら最悪でしたw 似たような意見も何件かネットで見かけましたので、上の人間は少し教育し直した方がよろしいかと思います。 It is a story before shooting and reservation. メ	メリー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの撮影にはおすすめしないです。他のARCの店舗でとても綺麗で楽しく写真が撮れたので背景を変えたくて錦糸町に伺いましたが失敗でした。和装は各サイズ10着くらいあったのですが、ドレスが5着くらいで使用感が酷く子どもも渋々選んでました。ヘアセットも子どもの希望とは違うものになり、料金を出し衣装を1着増やしてもヘアセットは1度のみ。（他の店舗では衣装毎に変えてもっと可愛く仕上がってました。）撮影についたカメラマンが良くなかったのか、子どものテンションが上がるような声のトーンや声かけも少なくなかなかいい笑顔が撮れなかったです。出来上がった写真も子どもの顔のみ暗くなっていたり色が薄ぼけていて顔色が悪かったりで残念ながら全ての写真を編集しました。（色が薄ぼけてるのがカッコいいと思うなら良いと思いますが）待ち時間にスマホで撮った写真が編集無しで1番綺麗でした。 ARCはセットはオシャレで料金も良いと思います。ただ当たるカメラマン次第ですが、子どもが笑えず撮影が進まなくても他のスタッフが補助に入らない店舗は小さい子どもの撮影にはおすすめ出来ません。 Not recommended for shooting children. ま	まや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月に来店予定です。妊娠中であまり余裕が無い中で予約をしてしまい、後からゆっくりと口コミを見ると酷い対応が多々あるためとりあえず星ひとつスタートといたします。正直どのような対応をされるのか恐怖です。予約の際は皆様も口コミをゆっくりとご覧になってからされたほうが良いかと思います。また来店した後評価し直します。再投稿以下スタンダードのワンカットで予約をして撮影をしてきました。私達の他に七五三の子供や赤ちゃんの撮影が行われていました。スタッフの方も気さくな方が多く、不快な思いもせずスムーズにヘアメイクと撮影をしていただけました。スタンダードのドレスは2着から選べて髪型やメイクはイメージがあれば伝えてしていただけます。写真撮影もこんな感じで撮れていますと途中で画像も見せていただけたので安心できました。スタンダードは白の背景のみ選べて、購入するかしないかは別として他に2箇所の背景でも撮ってもらいました。予算を抑えたかったので正直購入予定はなかったのですが良い写真を撮っていただいたので1枚5000円でしたが4枚追加購入してしまいました。口コミを見て不安はありましたが、こちらで撮影していただいて良かったと思っています。ありがとうございました。 We are planning to come to the store in November. I saw a Kimono shop and try to take a photo of the shop to add the shop on my website so that tourists can find out Kimono shop and studio easily. Female staff came rushing with a rude gesture and say no no, no... She could tell me the nice way. It's ridiculous because there’s no sign forbidding not to take photos.
