★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This PARCO is located at a prime intersection of Kinshicho Stn. This has all branded shops and Toho Cinemas with restaurants such as Saizeria and Wendy's accessible from outside and many inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After renovation it had became a very neat place, lots of boutiques, nice restaurants. 1st floor layout is a bit unfortunate in my opinion. Having a seafood restaurant with very strong smell right next to cosmetics, designer bags and flowershop is not the best idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close to Kinshicho Station , it’s across the cross walk. Not bad to grab a bite to eat or do some quick shopping ,, Yodobashi camera is also quite.

With one restroom per floor, one person per time can uses it, this causes long waiting queue especially on the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big mall near by station. You can buy everything you want (not all). If you have a ticket of Cinema, you can get a coupon in this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very huge department store, but with quite a lot of shops selling Men's clothings. The Tommy Hilfiger shop is offering 40% discount in Jan. On the ground floor, there is a food court and we have tried the seafood rice and noodles. There is a Seiyu supermarket in the basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit expensive but for the luxurious items it's the best. From Michael Kors to Lindt, Muji, PLST, Theory and much more.
Also there is Toho Cinemas to enjoy movies.
They have new fashionable pop up stores constantly but most of the shops don’t have tax free. So not an ideal place for heavy shoppers.
Usually crowded always.
But then again, I mostly focus on the food sections on the basement floor at the Sumida Food court. My recent find is the Snapper Ramen at Madai Ramen Mengyo ?? and Curry Rice at Vector Beer ?.
