鳴	鳴美泰嘉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妙徳山神積寺の境内入り口石段の脇に古墳への道しるべがあり、従って歩くこと数分でこの古墳が見えてきます。説明板にもありますが径35m、高さ6mの二段築成の大型円墳で播磨でも最大級の玄室規模だそうです。このサイズの古墳は安全の為に柵があり・・ありません。石室開口部は土が堆積していき穴が小さくなっていますが、人一人なら屈めば入ることは可能で、おいでよ・・入ってよ・・と言わんばかりに魅力的な空間が目の前にあります。入るのは自己責任ですが、体が竦んでしまい入り口で撮影とじっくりその場で目視を・・巨大な玄室を後にする際に、いやいやもう一度挑もうか・・と思いましたが、自分が古墳の主になるイメージが一瞬したので諦めました。このサイズの古墳が町指定遺跡かと思います。普通にこのクラスなら県指定遺跡ぐらいでは？とおもえるほど魅力的な場所です。神積寺にも近いので行きやすい、駐車場も寺に行く為に駐車した場所が使えるなど、いろいろと満足できます。 On the side of the stone steps at the entrance to Myotokusan-Jinushi-ji, there is a signpost to the tomb, so you can see this tomb in a few minutes walking.
