H	H Tj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「ベトナム料理コムサイゴン」で土曜ランチ。京王八王子駅からすぐの下倉楽器八王子店が入る内藤・落合ビル3階にあり、2019年3月にOPENしたそうだ。店内は意外と広く約75席もあるそうだ。店名のコムは「ご飯」、サイゴンは現在のホーチミン市の旧称で「コムサイゴン」。店内には現地から仕入れたという照明のほか、街中を撮影した写真やベトナムの民族印象・アオザイを着た人形などで飾り、ベトナムの雰囲気を表現している。メニューも約50種類もあり、揚げ春巻きやベトナム風の焼き肉、混ぜビーフンや牛肉フォー、カニを使った団子とトマトのビーフンを合わせた「ブンリュー」などサイゴン時代の料理を再現したものが多いらしい。本日土曜日はランチメニューはなく、グランドメニューから「スペシャル牛肉フォー」(1,080円税込)を注文する。素朴で美味しかったが、また来たいと思うほどではなかった。私がタイ料理とかに比べると、ベトナム料理店に辛口かもしれない。 Saturday lunch at "Vietnamese Comsaigon". There are about 50 kinds of menus, and it seems that there are many reproductions of Saigon era dishes such as fried spring rolls, Vietnamese-style grilled meat, mixed rice noodles and beef pho, and "Bunryu" which is a combination of rice noodles using crab and tomato rice noodles. There is no lunch menu on Saturday today, and you can order "Special Beef Pho" (1,080 yen including tax) from the grand menu. It was simple and delicious, but not as much as I wanted to come again. Compared to Thai food, Vietnamese food may be dry.

I had the beef dish called Bo Cao Cu Hanh, and it was AMAZING! The Pho is to do for too. If you are in Hachioji and looking for a Vietnamese place, you gotta try this!
