★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京王八王子駅から徒歩1分の場所にあるカフェで、今までに見たことのないシフォンケーキの種類の数に驚かされました！今回はシフォンケーキのパフェを食べました！中はキャラメルで上がホイップクリームとなっており最後まで楽しめるパフェでした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『シフォンカフェ』というシフォンケーキメインのお店に初上陸、『Bon・mu（ボン・ムー）』さんのシフォンケーキは、幸せを感じる美味しさでした。
京王八王子駅付近で時間調整をする必要があり、いつもなら駅前の喫茶店を利用するのですが、『シフォンカフェ』という耳慣れない看板のお店にドンドンお客様が入店されるのを拝見し、伺うことに。
店内はウッディーな内装でイスは正直固めながら、雰囲気は落ち着いた「森の中」的です。
レジにて『シフォンケーキ（バニラ）＋ホットコーヒー（７７０円 ２０２１年３月）』をオーダー。
早速シフォンケーキから頂くと、！！！驚愕のフワフワ感＋舌触りが幸せです。これは非常に美味しい、甘さは控えめなのですが、とにかく口の中でフワッフワ＋しっとりが共存していて『美味しい』しか言葉が出で来ないです。
さらに『ホイップクリーム』が軽くてフワフワで滑らかで甘さ控えめ。シフォンケーキにマイルドさを加えてよりケーキの旨味を際立たせます。
今まで頂いてきた『シフォンケーキ』とは一線を画しているのですが、『派手に違う』のではなく、『クオリティーが上質』という印象で、頂くとただただ幸せな気持ちに・・・。
私が頂いている間に、お客様がテイクアウト購入で後から後から入店。週末という事もあり、親御さんに連れられたお子さんも多く、そのお子さんがキラキラした表情で買って帰られる『シフォンケーキ』達もなぜか幸せそうに見えます。
こんなお子さんの表情を紡ぎだせるシフォンケーキってちょっと特別だと思います。

If you get it from the chiffon cake immediately! !! !! Astonishing fluffy feeling + texture is happy. This is very delicious and the sweetness is modest, but anyway, fluffy + moist coexist in the mouth and only "delicious" comes out.
In addition, "whipped cream" is light, fluffy, smooth and modest in sweetness. Add mildness to the chiffon cake to make the cake more delicious.
It's different from the "chiffon cake" I've received so far, but the impression is that the quality is high, not "flashy", and I just feel happy when I receive it.
While I was receiving it, the customer entered the store later with a takeout purchase. Since it's a weekend, many children are taken by their parents, and the "chiffon cakes" that they buy with a glittering look look happy for some reason.
I think the chiffon cake that can create such a child's facial expression is a little special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シフォンケーキのお店です。持ち帰りで購入しました。店員さんは、女性がお二人だったと思いますが、感じよく丁寧な方でしたよ。お店もきれいな雰囲気です。ショーケースの中のものを選ぶと袋につめてくれます。ほんのりとした甘味でしつこさがなくて美味しいです。バニラ、チーズ、黒ごまを味わいましたが、どれも香りがほんのりしてきて、それぞれの良さがさっぱりと楽しめます。他でいろいろ書かれている方もいらっしゃいますが、もう好みの世界だと思います。他のメニューも食べて、制覇してみたいです(^-^)

シフォンケーキは、自分のお気に入りを選ぶことができ、彩りのきれいなフルーツがいっぱい。見ているだけでも、ハッピーな気分になります。シフォンケーキのふんわりした食感と、新鮮なフルーツでさらにハッピー。幸せなひとときでした。
