映え!かわいい!素敵!美味しい! ランチしに行きました。茶色味が無く、白をベースとしたお店でいい感じな写真が撮れる…! 中華大好きで、中華にあんまりハズレはないと思っているのですが、やっぱりこちらのお店もアタリ! 珍しく結構日本風味ではなく、本場な味がしました。とってもおいしい…。 結構夢中になって食べてしまったので写真が全然ないのですが、ここ最近のヒットを更新。量はあまり多くありませんが、美味しいので文句なしです!!
Shine! Tiny! splendid! delicious! I went for lunch. There is no brownish taste, and you can take nice pictures at a shop based on white ...! I love Chinese food, and I don't think there is much loss in Chinese food, but after all this shop is also atari! Rarely, it tasted authentic rather than Japanese. Very delicious ... 【なごやんグルメ・広東料理&中国茶】雰囲気抜群、名古屋きっての広東料理店の名店。 現在のシェフは会田政博氏。「呉錦洪シェフ」の直弟子です。呉錦洪シェフは香港屈指の名店「福臨門」の元総料理長であり、こちらの初代料理長でした。 中国茶に関しても本場で学んだ茶藝師の方がいらっしゃるので知識豊富。香港三茶人の一人である葉榮枝氏のお弟子さんだそう。 大事なお客様をおもてなしするのにはとても良いお店です。 ランチ、ディナー、アフタヌーンティーと訪れましたがいつも素晴らしい丁寧なお料理が楽しめます。価格帯もとびきりの贅沢から気軽なお食事までいろいろあって嬉しい。 写真を撮らせていただいた日は「アフタヌーンティー」時間に訪問。「下午茶セット1980円」をオーダーしました。中国茶一種類とお好みの點心四種類と本日のデザートを組み合わせたセットです。 14種類ほど並んだお茶から「鳳凰単叢(ホウオウタンソウ」を選びました。マスカットのようにフルーティーで香り豊かな烏龍茶。爽やかな味わいがお料理ととっても相性が良かったです。 お料理は少量&種類豊富でお茶とともにゆっくりいただくととても満足感があります。春巻きやエビの蒸し餃子、エッグタルトなどどれも丁寧に作られていて美味でした。(エビむし餃子はプリップリで美味しかった) 夜頂いた北京ダックもう一度食べたかったなあ。

He is a direct pupil of "Chef Wu Jin Hong". Chef Wu Jin Hong was the former head chef of one of Hong Kong's most famous restaurants, Fukurinmon, and was the first chef here. As for Chinese tea, there are some tea masters who learned at home, so they have a lot of knowledge. He is a disciple of Mr. Eieda Hae, one of the three tea masters in Hong Kong. It is a very good shop to entertain important customers. I visited for lunch, dinner and afternoon tea, but always enjoy wonderful and polite food. I am glad that there are various things from the extravagant luxury in the price range to casual meals. On the day I took the picture, I visited during "afternoon tea" time. I ordered "Afternoon tea set 1980 yen". A set that combines one type of Chinese tea, four types of dim sum of your choice, and today's dessert. I chose "Ho-Oh Tansou" from about 14 kinds of tea. Fruity and fragrant oolong tea like Muscat. The refreshing taste was very compatible with the dish. The dishes are small and rich in variety, and you will be very satisfied if you take your time with tea. Spring rolls, steamed shrimp dumplings, egg tarts, etc. were all carefully made and delicious. 1. ロケーション 名古屋地下鉄東山線の伏見駅の近く。 名古屋市美術館の北側ですね。 見た感じ駐車場はなさそうです。 公共交通機関でマップを使って行きましょう。 2. 外観、店の雰囲気 12月の中旬の金曜日の夜に訪問しました。 ほとんどラストオーダーの時間です。 外観も内装も綺麗です。 高級感はあまりない感じです。 しかし、カジュアルで居心地はいいですね。 3. 接客 丁寧で感じがいいですね。 ラストオーダー近くにコースを頼みました。 快くOKです。いい感じ。 4. 注文したもの 茗圃の定番コース菊、8,800円(税込)を注文。 オードブル→スープ→海老チリ→酢豚 →野菜炒め→チャーハン→デザート と言った内容です。 そこそこいい値段ですね。 5. 見た目、味 海老チリや酢豚は少し独特な感じです。 まあ、美味しい。美味しいのですが..... 私にはエクセレントという感じはなかったです。 また、一品一品の量も少なく満足感が今ひとつ。 私の意見です、あくまで。 6. コスパ 美味しいのですが、値段を考えるとそこそこです。 ここじゃなきゃダメという感じはないですね。 7. 総合 美味しいのですが、もっといい店があるかな。 と思ってしまいました。 全体に評価が高かったので期待しすぎせいかな。 お茶を入れて10,000円弱。 この値段を出せばもっと感動させてほしい。 と思ってしまうんですよね。 ここを選びたいという感じではないですね。 期待の分、少し残念でした。

This was a very nice restaurant. The manager was super nice and helped me make a reservation and was also super nice helping me pick out a lunch set. The food quality was so good. I want to go again and eat more delicious things there. While I was eating the waitresses were so super nice explaining me different parts of the meal and what certain things were. The tea was super good and I liked how the waitress who brought it explained everything of making tea and where the tea came from. All in all this was a very nice restaurant and I want to go again and try more things.

This could one of the best Chinese dim sum in Japan, review as a HKer. We came from HK, Dim Sum is in our blood. If you compare it to HK top ranking Dim Sum, it’s unrealistic and unfair. Dim Sum is not cheap in this restaurant but it’s only mid range price in HK. Paying the same price in HK, your food will be not as good for sure. We know Chinese reactant limit in Japan, you can’t find the best ethnic ingredient in Japan. Use rice as example, I never run in any tasty Chinese long grain rice in Japan due to import restriction. Despite ethnic ingredients, taste is really good. Most dim sum place in Japan use out of the box sauce, just do some mix and match. Ended up with all similar taste. This restaurant seems difference. (I can’t tell as I not working in there). Radish Cake (Daiko Mochi) normally can see a lot of ingredients to bring out the flavor. This one is white, just plain radish. But it’s full of flavor .Radish Cook w Chinese stock soup so the radish is very tasteful. And they fry it slowly until crispy. Unlike other place they deep fry to reduce cooking time. (I really hate that kind of short cut!). No doubt it’s imperfect some hurdle are just impossible to crack by this price. but it’s well accepted by us, Hong Konger who lives in Japan.
