★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの管理物件で管理不行き届きで、さくに服か引っ掛かり破れ、それに対しての対応が悪ずたので、大事にはしたくなかったけど、今から損害賠償を請求します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住居契約●年後、家計を見直す為に家賃や共益費などを確認しようとした所手元に契約に伴う金銭に触れる書類が何もない事に気づき連絡をしました。
しかし対応は「お教えできない」の一点張り。
それは困ると依頼を続けるも店長に代わり、高圧的に突っぱねる対応を慣行。
住人に自分達が交わした契約内容すら説明出来ない非常に不審かつ不快な会社です。
そもそも引っ越し直後、屋内に破損や傷が多数見受けられ半年かけて漸く対応。
そういう「気づかれなければ良し」とする姿勢はどうかと思います。
金銭の内容は本当に当初の話通りになっているか？
建物の管理も金銭の契約内容の管理出来ない住人軽視な管理会社です。
管理会社に対しこれほど不信感を持ったのは初めてです。

入居中の不具合やトラブルにも対応して貰えないと思っておく方が良い。
同じ物件をほかの不動産会社が持っていたら間違いなく選択しない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越して来たばかりですが、既に引っ越したいと思うぐらい有り得ない事ばかりです。入居前にやるべき事が全くされていない。前入居者が使っていたであろう磁石やフックがついたまま放置されている。蛇口のグラつき、便器の部品がない、コンセントが刺さらない、壁紙が一部剥がれている・凹んでいる。ハウスクリーニング代を払っているのに蜘蛛の巣が出来ており、壁紙に茶色い汚れや油汚れが多数・全部屋にあり、床は黒ずんでいてベタついている。お風呂や部屋が臭く、掃除を繰り返ししても臭いが取れず、洗濯物やカーテン、掃除機の排気が生臭くなり、買う必要のない家電を買わざるを得なくなった。よって星は1どころかマイナスにしたいぐらいです。ハウスクリーニング代の全額返金を求める。
