★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミの評価を見て伺ったが、オススメしない。理由は下記の通り。
①やたら電話がしつこい。これでもかと鬼電してくる。そんなに連絡するなら登録させられたLINE経由で連絡してほしかった。
②物件のゴリ押し。私の物件の希望とは異なる物件を薦めてきて内覧日当日に仮契約するまであれやこれやと粘られた。店長が真横で指示を出して部下は必死な感じ。結局5時間近くも時間を無駄にした。
③物件を断ったあとにその後を伺うLINEが来たので、他社の不動産屋で決まった旨を送ったところ既読のみ。レスなし。
④すべての社員ではないが、タバコ臭い。すごくヘビースモーカーでマスクごしでも不快でした。接客業なのでリセッシュするなりもう少し気をつけるべきかと。
以上、お客さんのことではなく自分達のセールスのことしか考えない対応ばかりでした。
もう少しまともな社員教育をお願いします。
転勤が多いので色んな不動屋さんを利用しましたがこんな酷いところは初めてでした。
エイブルはフランチャイズですが他の店舗ではこんなことありませんでした。
尚、他社不動産屋さんでは親切にご対応いただきました。
I asked by looking at the reviews, but I don't recommend it. The reason is as follows.
① The phone is persistent. Even with this, the demon power comes. If you want to contact me so much, I wanted you to contact me via the registered LINE.
② Push the property. I recommended a property that was different from what I wanted, and I was stuck with it until I made a provisional contract on the day of the preview. The store manager gives instructions right next to him and his subordinates feel desperate. In the end, I wasted nearly five hours.
③ After I declined the property, LINE came to ask me after that, so when I sent a message that it was decided by a real estate agent of another company, it was only read. No less.
④ Not all employees, but it smells like tobacco. It was a very heavy smoker and it was uncomfortable to wear a mask. Since it is a hospitality business, I wonder if I should be more careful as soon as I reset it.
As mentioned above, all the responses were to think only about our sales, not about our customers.
I would like more decent employee education.
I used various Fudoya because there are many transfers, but it was the first time for me to have such a terrible place.
Able is a franchise, but this was not the case at other stores.
In addition, other real estate agents kindly responded.
