★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旦那の仕事の関係で引っ越してきました。子供も少し大きくなったため、走り回ることが多くなり、マンションでは迷惑がかかるからと、一戸建ての購入を検討していました。できれば新築がいいなと思っていましたので、いろんな不動産屋さんへ足を運びました。こちらの不動産屋さんでは新築一戸建てをいくつも取り扱っており、何軒か希望した家を見せてもらいました。そのうちの一軒に予算内の希望通りのお家を見つけ、契約をして購入しました。関東では中古物件が当たり前だったため、新築は諦めていたのですが、希望した新築の家に出会えて良かったです。今では楽しく毎日を過ごしています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嫁の実家が岡崎市だったので、岡崎市で不動産を探そうということになりました。新築じゃなくていいので、リノベーションをしっかりしてある物件を安く買うのがいいんじゃないかと思い、その希望をパティーナさんに伝えたところ、リノベーション済の案件を多数取り扱っているということで、本当に沢山の不動産を見せていただき、その中から予算と条件にぴったりのところを見つけることができました。マンションを買うには早すぎるかもと不安な気持ちもありましたが、これから子供が増えたり広い部屋へ引越したくなった場合は不動産売買をすればよく、そのときもサポートしますと言ってくださり、すごく安心しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡崎市で不動産の相談ができるところを探して辿り着いたのがパティーナ株式会社でした。仕事は都心でしていたので土地勘は都心の方が詳しくなっていましたが、マンションを買うことを検討し始めたときに場所は嫁の実家が近い岡崎にしよう、ということになったからです。土地勘のない私に不動産屋さんはとても丁寧に候補のマンションの土地を詳しく教えてくれました。不動産屋さんならではの情報も豊富で、ほんとに詳しいことが分かりました。一世一代の買い物なのでこういう担当の方に任せたいと思い、そのまま購入するところまでお世話になりました。
