★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居前は感じが良いのですが、いざ入居してからはてのひらを返したような悪い対応で驚きました。一般的な法律を無視した賃貸契約書を提示し、退去時に過大請求をしてくることがあります。契約書にあるのでの一点張りで泣き寝入りです。住民トラブルにも関わりたくないという本音が透けて見えるような対応で、弁護士に相談すると伝えても、そうしろという回答のみです。
I feel good before moving in, but I was surprised by the bad response that returned the palm after I moved in. We may present a rental agreement ignoring the general law and may make overdelivery at the time of departure. I am overwhelmed by the point of being in the contract. Even if I tell you to talk to a lawyer, it is only a reply that I will do so because of the response that makes me realize that I do not want to be involved in residents' troubles.
