申込書を書いてから別の社員が出てきてもう他に決まったからと断られた。断られたことは仕方ないが、中堅っぽい社員の態度が最悪だった。個人情報満載の申込書も返してくれなかった。若い男性と女性の社員はまともな接客だった。
近くに別の良心的な不動産屋さんがあり、そちらで借りることができたので結果としては良かったが、態度の悪さに非常に後味の悪い思いをした。この会社の前を通るだけで非常に不快。

It can't be helped that he was refused, but the attitude of mid-career employees was the worst. He didn't even return the application form full of personal information. The young male and female employees were decent customer service.
There was another conscientious real estate agent nearby, and I was able to rent it there, so the result was good, but I had a very bad aftertaste due to the bad attitude. Very uncomfortable just passing in front of this company.

応対は丁寧だったしメールの返信も早いし、電話の方がわかりやすい時は電話も促してくれたしですごく助かりました
右も左も分からない私に、苛立った様子もなく丁寧に説明してくれました

人によって酷い人がいるのはよくある話だけどそうは思えなかったなぁ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず社員の態度が悪い。若くて子連れだったせいか、凄い横柄な態度で気分が悪くなつた。帰りに私の車を見た瞬間に凄い低姿勢で丁寧にお見送りされて、余計に腹がたった。ろくに管理されて居ないマンションで、修理依頼をこちらからしないと、絶対に修理もしない。田舎で胡座をかいた典型的な不動産屋です。

1件目の物件見に行って、決めて申し込みしたのにもかかわず、ネットを見たら、もう既にその物件に人が入っていたというのには、許せなかった。
あと、2件目の物件に関しては、まだ住人かまだ退去前で退去した次の日に物件見に行く約束までしてたのに、その前から他の人を申し込ませるってどういう事？もう絶対に許さない。対応が適当すぎる！何考えてんの？それでよく経営成り立ってるよね…
もう二度とこの不動産会社では契約したくない。
同じことされたら、悲しむのはこっちだから！
もうそういう卑怯な手口を使うならもう辞めてください。
