整形外科、内科、小児科、皮膚科、全てにかかったことがあります。 ・整形外科: 院長先生は日赤の整形外科部長にも薦められるほどの方ですし、腕も確かです。いつもかなり混雑しています。 ・内科: 丁寧な診察でした。 ・小児科: お二方先生がいらっしゃり、お一人はいつもすごく優しく診察して下さいます。が、もう1人は目も合わせず棒読みで早く終わらせたいオーラが出ています。子供相手とは言えかなり不愉快です。 ・皮膚科: 土曜のみ専門医ですが、その方が本当に酷いです。この人のせいで☆1にしたいくらい。子供を診てもらいながら保湿薬はどの程度使うべきか?の問いに、鼻で笑いながら「そんなの人によるでしょ」と。 いやいや、今診てる患者の話をしてますよね?と返すとタジタジ。 他にもかなり周りでこの皮膚科医は最低と聞きます。おススメ出来ません。多少時間がかかっても、平日の整形外科の先生に診てもらった方が100倍安心できます。

先日小児科を予防接種専用時間帯に予約して行きましたが、内科に来ていたインフル患者を待合室に普通に座らせていて愕然としました。何の為にわざわざ専用時間に行っていると思っているのか。そうでなくても普通、インフル疑いの患者はまず隔離しませんか?しかもその患者はマスクをしていなかったのですが、「内科に行ったらマスクを購入してつけてくださいね」と…。何故今持って来てつけさせないのか…。会計の後、乳児を抱えて逃げるように帰って来ました。 今まで皮膚科と小児科で子供がお世話になりましたが、先に書いていらっしゃる方と全く同じ感想です。特に皮膚科は二度と行かないと思います。インフォームド・コンセントとは…?という感じです(そもそも謳っていませんがそれにしてもあまりにもあんまりです) 小児科の男性の先生だけは、時間をかけこちらの不安にもきちんと寄り添って診察して下さって、初めて担当して頂いた時は感動した程です(ちなみに女医さんは淡々としてドライな印象はありますが、決して適当な訳ではありませんしそういう先生の方が気楽な患者さんもいると思います。そこは相性かと) 比較的新しくて綺麗だしカード払いも出来て咄嗟の時は助かりますが、色々と残念です。

夕方に熱が出て、HPに書いてある時間を見て行ったが、診察受付終了しましたと言われ、歩いて30分くらいかかる病院を紹介された。体調悪くてそんなとこまで行けるわけない。診察時間も院内には貼ってあったが、HPは修正されておらず色々と融通が効かないと思った。

中央線高架下に有りますが、静かで、明るい病院です。知っているだけでも内科、整形外科、小児科、リハビリが有ります。近くに調剤薬局も有り便利です。 最近来院したら、受付が、小児科とセパレイトしていました。大人組は境駅側(東)になってます。

先程電話しましたが男性の対応は丁寧で良かったです。ですが女性、話し方がどうも喧嘩腰だったのに驚いた。PCR検査の予約出来るか確認しようとした所、今日はいっぱいで出来ないとの事。明日朝に予約の電話をいれて流れを説明され、それで終われば良かったのに。その後に言われたのは、 言ってる事分かりますかぁ?大丈夫ですか?と、その後も、言ってる事分かりますぅ??と何故か挑発的な言い方。こんなご時世で電話に追われて忙しいのは分かるけど、不愉快。夏場に診察行った時も受付の人達の対応が印象良くなかったのも覚えてます。受付同士で会話しながら保険証ぽいっと渡したり、受付だとしても診察後に最後に対応するのは受付なんだからそんな対応だと病院の印象は悪くなりますね。
