ガス料金も二人暮らしでガスコンロ使ってないのに四人暮らしの時よりかかる
請求書には担当者の名前も書いてないし、電話しても担当者は不在してばっか(そもそも存在しない？)
用件を伝えて折り返し連絡してくれというと「担当に用件だけお伝えしておきますので」の一点張り(折り返し連絡するって言葉の意味が分からない？)
普段あまり気にしない契約だけど他のどこの会社を取ってもこの会社だけはお勧めできない(星を1つ付けることすら惜しい)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応最悪。折り返し電話はいつになっても来なく、問い合わせに1か月は要しました。何回も担当から電話します。と言いますがいつ来るのか。最終的にいつ折り返しがあるのか聞いたら、夜遅くでもいいなら。とか呆れる。伺い方ってのがあるでしょう。預けてるお金、いつ振り込んでくれるのか聞いてるだけ。いい加減にしてください。法人が主らしいので個人相手だとこんなもんなのか？

１２月に引越し、退去の時には保証金を１ヶ月後ぐらいに振り込むと言っていたのに３月末になってもふりこんでこない。
電話をかけても、担当者に伝える、折り返しかけさせると言うがかかってこない。
こちらが何度もかけるはめに。
いつになったら保証金を返してくるのか。
消費者センターに行くつもり。

自ら選ぶことはしないですね。
賃貸大家はガス屋からエアコンとか給湯器を無償貸与されて良いでしょうが、借りる側からしたら上乗せでガス代高いし良いこと無いですね。
