2021.09.19放送のモヤモヤさまぁ～ず2で紹介されていました。事務所の外に大量のメダカの鉢が置いてあります。これは販売目的ではなく、社長さんの趣味・プライベートで飼育しているものとのこと。オフィスの隣にはメダカ工場があり、飼育数は2,000匹ほどだそうです。社長さんは動物好きのようで、早朝3時半に起きて犬の散歩に出掛け、5時には家に戻って朝ごはんを食べ、その後7時までメダカの世話をしているとのこと。クワガタを300匹ほど飼っていたもともあるとか。社長さんのメダカ知識は豊富で以下のことを紹介されていました。・飼う場合は水槽ではなく洗面器などの底の浅い器で飼う方が水換えなどの手間も考えると楽・メダカの卵は親と離しておかないと親が食べてしまう・メダカの寿命は3年 1万匹に3匹しか生まれない希少なダルマメダカも紹介されていました。
