★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビ番組で紹介されていたり、豆腐の品評会で入賞したりするほどの美味しい豆腐屋さん。駅から少し離れた住宅街にあって分かりづらい場所にあるのが残念ですが、オススメの豆腐屋さんです。特に金曜日、土曜日限定？？の特選寄せ豆腐はちょっと驚くほどの美味しさ。後、普通の寄せ豆腐、にがり絹がとにかく濃厚でクリーミー。大豆の味と甘みが強くて美味しい。スーパーなどの豆腐よりは少し高いですが、商品質からみたら安い。この辺の豆腐屋さんは何軒か知っていて各々美味しいのですが、頭一つ抜けた豆腐屋さんだと思います。

It's a little more expensive than tofu from supermarkets, but it's cheaper in terms of product quality. I know several tofu shops around here and each one is delicious, but I think it's a tofu shop that is one of the best.

昔ながらの渋い豆腐屋といった店構えだが作っている物は本格的。にがり絹、寄せ豆腐、汲み上げ湯葉が絶品。

The store is set up like an old-fashioned astringent tofu shop, but the things it makes are authentic. Nigari silk, tofu and pumped yuba are excellent.

あまりにスーパーで売られている調整豆乳に慣れてしまっていた私には豆腐の味の飲み物という感じで苦手な味でした。すみません、あくまで個人の感想です。本来は、こちらのような豆乳こそが王道なはずなので、この味が好きという方がいることにも逆に納得しました。それくらい普段飲む無調整豆乳や調整豆乳とは味が違うかんじでした。
ただ、一緒に購入した豆乳プリンやお豆腐などは美味しかったので、今度は口コミで評判のドーナツを買いに行きたいと思います！

Originally, soy milk like this should be the royal road, so I was convinced that there are people who like this taste. It tasted different from the unadjusted soymilk and adjusted soymilk that I usually drink.
However, the soy milk pudding and tofu I bought together were delicious, so I'd like to go buy a donut that has a good reputation by word of mouth!

水土１３時〜個数限定のおからドーナツも優しい甘さで大変おいしく夕方には売り切れてしまいますのでお早めに。
