私は特に厚揚げ（180円）が大好きです。絹や木綿、寄せ豆腐などももちろん美味しいし、お手製のミニコロッケもそのままおかずになるので助かってます。
Of course, the price is not cheaper than that of a supermarket. But when you eat it, the difference is obvious!
I especially love atsuage (180 yen). Of course, silk, cotton, tofu, etc. are delicious, and the handmade mini croquette can be used as a side dish as well, so it helps.

An old-fashioned tofu shop. Naturally delicious. The taste I forgot. Children only know supermarket tofu, so I think it was a good experience to go with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20〜30年前、哲学堂付近に住んでいる頃、晩酌のビールのアテに女将さん推薦の青大豆の木綿豆腐をよく買いました。豆腐はスーパーで買う事が今は多いのですが、作り手と買い手が言葉を交せる店がいいです。買う時によく一欠片の生姜を頂きました。
自身の思い出込みで星5です。
Twenty to thirty years ago, when I lived near the Philosophy Hall, I often bought green soybean cotton tofu recommended by the proprietress for the evening drink beer. Nowadays, tofu is often bought at supermarkets, but it would be nice to have a store where the makers and buyers can talk to each other. When I bought it, I often got a piece of ginger.
It is 5 stars with my own memories.
