★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty great for cheap izakayas, fast-food shops, ramen, cheap coffeeshops, drugstores and general shopping.
Only downside is that most places close pretty early (for Tokyo standards) so after 10pm it is mainly just a pass through with only a couple izakaya/karaoke/fast-food places open.
