★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good park to enjoy cherry blossom. Very close to.the station and has a good blend of a small pond ( where you can enjoy boating) .and elevated/hilly places. When we visited, there are several.food stall like matsuri. Parking is also available in within the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A park at the center of a residential area in Meguro. Good place where you can fish but since it is in a main city, it is a bit crowded, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park was a cute little find and kept kids entertained. It's a pleasant spot with vending machine drinks available and toilets on site.
The toilets aren't particularly clean but useful in a pinch. There's a large sandpit here which is clean, and the play equipment is relatively new and plentiful by Japanese standards.
The pond makes for a nice little park and there are terrapins to see, too. I think there is also fishing available here with a license.
