★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 留守の時にはポリタンクを置いておけば入れて行ってくれるので五つ星。在宅の時には星ゼロも付けられないレベル。昨日来てくれましたが、ドアホンで灯油を入れますねと許可を求めてくれるので「ありがとうございます」と何度もインターフォン越しにいましたが「んあ？んあ？何ですか？？」と聞こえない？のか、からかっているのか……。玄関まで行ってドア開けて「ありがとうございます」と言っても「何ですか？んあ？」とスタッフに対応され、「入れないでいいんですね？」とスタッフが勘違いして言って来たので、「いいです！」と言いました。勘繰りたくないですが音声を聞き取るのが苦手な方が灯油入れに回られているのか、いつも留守の時に灯油入れて頂いてるだけに大変がっかりしました。他の灯油配達やガスを検討してます。請求書や領収書などの手渡しもこれでは無理かと。留守の時にポストに入れていてくれる場合は良いですが、在宅だとコミュニケーションを全く苦手とするスタッフさんなので、こちらがコミュニケーションを取りようがありません。

We are considering other kerosene delivery and gas. Isn't it impossible to hand over invoices and receipts? It would be nice if you could put it in the mailbox when you were away, but since the staff is not good at communicating at home, I can't communicate with you.
