フ	フォウル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの方に恵まれればいいですが、対応が悪い方もいるので、そこは注意が必要です。対応はとても丁寧で親切で、私の条件に合う物件を紹介していただけました。説明通りで何一つ不安もなく、不快感もなく、快適に暮らせました。これもスタッフの方によるんですかね。私のときはトラブルのときの対応早く、全体的に丁寧な印象はありました。名前を忘れて申し訳ないが、特に不快感もなく、丁寧なスタッフでしたので、機会があればまたお世話になりたいです。複数の不動産を利用しましたが、ここが一番まともでした。問題はガス会社の方でした。この担当の方は礼儀がなさすぎましたし、かなりのヘビースモーカーでタバコ臭かったです。この件は一度管理会社の方に問い合わせしたら、改善したというより、別の人が来るようになりました。もちろん、謝罪等の丁寧な対応もありました。 ☆一つ減らしたのはスタッフの質に偏りがあるからです。良い方と悪い方の差が激しいです。優秀な方は本当に優秀で親身になってくれます。 It would be nice if the staff were blessed, but there are some who are not very responsive, so be careful there.
