ただ、築年数それなりの物件に10年近く住んでも値下げは1円も行われず、逆に「値上げ」交渉をしてきました。
その癖室内機器障害時のメンテナンスは渋る。
なので大家さんには良いかも知れません。
でも住む側から見た場合、管理会社としては最低。
もう二度と大東建託管理物件は住みたくない。
