とあるけれど、実際お店の人に相談しても、『こちは販売だけです』みたいな態度で、経験豊富でもなさそうで、お客さんの話を親身になって聞く姿勢もなかった。
私もお客さん相手に仕事をしているけれど、自分に知識があろうがなかろうが、親身になって聞く姿勢も大切です。
