売場担当者さんに電話連絡をしたら翌日に担当者さんと業者さんが確認に訪れました。
原因究明をお願いしたところ1週間以上経過してから報告書が郵送されました。
報告書には怪我の安否を気遣う文面はありませんでした。
担当者さんの上司に相談をした時にクレームとしてお話しをしたところ、怪我をしたなら診断書を用意しろと言われましたが報告書が一週間以上後で今更、診断しても仕方が無いと相談した結果、対応は出来ないと言われ真摯な詫びの言葉もなく終わりました。

When I talked to the person in charge's boss as a complaint, I was told to prepare a medical certificate if I was injured, but the report is more than a week later and I can not help diagnosing it now. As a result of the consultation, I was told that I could not respond and it ended without a sincere apology.
