T	TK転勤族 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温泉すごくよかったです。お肌スベスベになっちゃいましたwww 部屋は広く無駄な物は無い感じです。ただ清潔感はあまり感じられず古臭いなと感じました。公営の宿泊施設にしては、Wi-Fi環境がダメダメ。フロント周辺しか繋がらず部屋では使えません。Wi-Fi環境の整備は必要だと思います! Wi-Fi environment is not good for public accommodation. Only the front area is connected and cannot be used in the room. I think it is necessary to improve the Wi-Fi environment!
K	K O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温泉はいいのですが、他は全て星0つです。机はボロボロで何回かトゲが刺さって出血しました。コンセントは差し込み口を押さえつけながらでないと刺さらないほどグラグラで発火が怖いのでモバイルバッテリーで対応しました。置いてあるお菓子は端が潰されており、流石に客に出すような状態ではないものでした。全巻禁煙にもかかわらず食事処で食事中に匂ってくるほど近くで喫煙していました。平日ということもあり伊香保温泉石段街の休日料金よりは安く泊まれましたが、食事や部屋、対応のクオリティを考えると相当高いです。他の方も書かれていますが、夕食は取るべきではないです、天ぷらすらあまり美味しくありませんでした。どうやってあんなにシナシナに作れるの！？日帰り入浴は安いと思いますのでそれで利用するくらいならいいと思います。 The hot springs are nice, Everything else is 0 stars. サ	サーマン2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この度、子供の夏休み中に泊まらせて頂きました。温泉は中風呂、露天風呂、サウナと、中風呂には滝のような、上から温泉が落ちてくる当たり湯があります、従業員の方も優しく丁寧で、料理の雉鍋を子供達が食べれなければ、サービスしてくれました。芸能人の方々も沢山訪れているようでした。館内も綺麗でした、露天風呂に行く途中にはゲームコーナーもあり子供達を遊ばせる事が出来ます。今はコロナ禍なので、卓球が出来なかったのが、残念でした。ホテルの目の前には公園があるので、そこでも遊ばせる事が出来ました。小野上駅から徒歩２分圏内なので、電車で来ても良いと思います。また行きたいと思いました。 This time, I stayed during the summer vacation of my child. マ	マリコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛郷ぐんまを利用し、宿泊しました。いつも隣にある日帰り温泉を利用してるのですが、同級生が、小野上温泉は、行ったことが無いと言うので、是非トロリとした温泉を体感してもらいたいと、誘い、利用しました。以前主人と利用した時は、満足できたのですが、今回夕食がお粗末で、友人達はがっかりしてました。食後は自分たちで、廊下のワゴンに下膳し、布団も、セルフで、朝食に至っては、朝廊下にワゴンが置いてあり、弁当が置いてありました。安いプラン(9千円弱のプランでしたが‥‥)だからなのでしょうが、今後予約される方は弁当プランには、覚悟がいりますよ。 We stayed at Aigo Gunma.
