匿	匿名 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず電話対応が最悪。相手は老人(女)でしたがつっけんどんだし、キレてるし意味不明でした。宿については、貸切露天風呂に行く最中墓があります。夜だったのも相まって雰囲気が悪い。廊下も薄暗く気味が悪い。安かろう悪かろうの宿でした。二度と行きません First of all, the telephone support is the worst. ぴ	ぴたっ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 静かで小綺麗な宿です。過剰な接客はありませんが、料金なり以上の事はやって頂けます。食事も美味しいです。お風呂はこじんまりとしてはいますが露天風呂スペースにもトイレがあるし、木の香り・雰囲気があります。ただ露天風呂に行く時にお墓の脇を通るのは苦手な方がいるかも……。後は川脇なので雨量が多い夜は川の音が気になる方もいるかもしれません……。私達にはゆっくり出来る良い旅館でした。又、伺いたいです。 It is a quiet and beautiful hotel. A	As on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で極寒の群馬の四万温泉へ。四万温泉は初めて行きましたが、観光客だらけというよりはすごく静かなところでした。旅館街も閑散としていて経営は大丈夫なの？と思ってしまうくらい本当に人がいない。都内からもそれほど離れていないので行きやすいと思うのですが、これといって特徴がないからかあまりの人の少なささにびっくり。今回は仕事で行ったのでランチだけ旅館でお世話になりました。行った旅館は三木屋旅館。建物は古く、外観も綺麗。とは言いがたいが趣がありなんとなく懐かしく安心する感じ。団体で行ったので宴会場を貸し切ってのランチでしたが、食事の準備がしっかりしてあってあぁ旅館にきたなあ〜とホッとします。女将さんがとても良い人で何から何までお世話をしてくれます。お茶がなくなればすぐ入れてくれたりご飯がなくなればお代わりは大丈夫かと気にかけてくれてこちらの言動一つ一つを拾ってくれてすぐに動いてくれます。こういう場所で食べるお料理は普段より何倍も美味しく感じます。ランチなのにたくさんの種類のお料理が出てきて和食も洋食も楽しめる内容です。鮎の塩焼きなんて普段食べることがないのでかなり美味しかった！黒い鍋の中は鶏肉の煮物が入っていて自分で卵をとじて頂きます。これもかなり絶品。こんなに素敵な旅館なのに四万温泉自体が閑散としていたんじゃもったいないなと思います。露天風呂は入りませんでしたが、一応写真だけ笑入りたかった〜人がいないので独り占めできます！日曜に行ったのですが、ここまで人がいないといい意味で本当にゆっくりできます。 I went to the hot spring of the extremely cold Gunma at work. 藤	藤井礼子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客室は、皆川側になってます。部屋室は、8個です。食事処も工夫されていました。名物のパイ生地で包まれているビーフシチューは、大変美味しかったです。露天風呂は、外に出ないと行けません！それもふぜいがあっていいかなと思いますが口コミにあったお墓がありました。露天には、石鹸等ありません。見晴らしは、ま～まと思いやいなや第一印象まるみへかな❔感が私には、一瞬ありました。あとは、玄関に入って消毒は、ありましたがもう少し食事処付近とかあってもいいかなと思いました。こじんまり感でゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。?温泉♨️ですから温まりますね。食事も美味しく頂きました。? k	k u on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 〈男性スタッフがとにかく不愉快　着替えを見られた〉まず、いらっしゃいませもなく面倒くさそうに「なにで予約しました？」と一言。こんな事は旅館で言われたことなかったので予約ができてないものかと焦りました。結局予約はできており、支払いを済ませ客室に着き早速温泉に入ろうと着替えていると、先程の男性スタッフが「すいませーん」と言いながら部屋のドアを開けてきました。女子会プランで宿泊している女しかいない部屋にノックなしで、、、、ありえないです。当然全員下着姿。着替える間もなく1人が下着姿で出るしかありませんでした。屈辱的です。話の内容は支払いのシステムについてのことで、〜かもだからこの支払い方法はだめかもしれないなど曖昧な言い方をされ、私たちにはどうしようもできないことだったので確認してもらうよう伝え帰ってもらいましたが、内線かけてきて話せば良い話ですし、本当にわざわざ部屋に何しに来たのか理解できず着替えでも見に来たのか？と思ってしまいます。帰り際も男性スタッフが対応してましたが前日の支払いの件は本人から何も言われず、こちらからどうなったか聞くと、やっとその手続きを始めました。(正常ならこちらが返金されるものだったので、だまってくすねようとしてたのかと思ってしまいます) 男性スタッフの対応のせいで温泉もお食事も良いのに全体的に残念な評価になってしまいました。〈設備について〉タンスが古いのか衣類におばあちゃん家のようなタンスの匂いがかなり染み付いてしまってなかなかとれずに残念でした(ファブリーズなどの衣類スプレーは置いてません) 館内の感染対策がされてるように思えませんでした。検温なしで入れます。アルコールスプレーの設置は旅館の入り口のみです。 First of all, he said, "Why did you make a reservation?"
