本	本純一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ じきに銀行の窓口にロボットが座ることになる?んだろうけどここの銀行の窓口には自分からロボット化した行員がいる息子の要らなくなった口座を閉じにいったんだがちゃんと委任状ももって行ったのに、本人じゃないとだめ息子の勤め先の近所には支店がないし別支店での手続きは結構複雑で時間がかかるこっちの困った顔を見てもずっと無表情仕事を休んでまですべきことじゃないのでじゃ、迷惑だろうけど、全額引き出して口座は残すわ（これ、銀行にとっては管理手間だけの迷惑な口座）これにも無表情でどうすりゃいいの、別の窓口になりますそれで、限度額が1回50万、150万ほど入ってたからまだ50万以上残ってる無意味にメガバンと付き合うもんじゃないね Will the robot sit at the bank window soon? I wanted to open an account with you as my wife has one, but for work purposes I needed it. I sat down, with all the documents, my residency card, and "stamp" ready to go. The woman at the counter apparently declined me because "you cant speak Japanese". You have a website in Japanese AND ENGLISH. So why the HELL was I not allowed to open a f*ing account with you? This happened on the 31st of June, MONDAY. If you want to look at the camera's I came in at 10-11am sometime. Have a look. Find out who declined me. I want her severly punished. Also I will be sending this to corporate HR/ public relations, in alot more detail. I wish I could give your bank a 1 star. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
