片	片岸久子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ りそな銀行の悪口を言ったんでしす！いくら合併？したからと言って、『不親切ですね？』と言う悪口は、無いやろ？と思う。私は、電話対応が苦手ですが、頭のキレる方でないと、銀行や、電話や、ましてや、窓口には出て欲しくないと考えます。昔の行員さんは、もっともっと上品で、キレる人ばかりでした。派遣か？パート社員かも知れないけれど、電話対応は、コールセンターの方と同様、完璧にお客様が気分悪くされないように願いたいものです。りそな銀行のおかげで、会社が存続された？のかも知れないのでは？知らんけど、、。自分より、上の会社サンとかに対する妬み、嫉みの根性では、他銀行に劣ると思います。お願いだから、競争激しいのは、分かるけど、変な電話受付の方は、雇わんといてほしいです。近所やから、たまには、行ってあげようか？と思いましたが、止めときます！ I said bad things about Resona Bank! A	Ando Tsutomu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年金定期されている方は注意が必要です。この銀行に定期を預けていたのですが、サービス内容が変更になり定期期間が継続から満期がある定期に変更されました。金利については満期後は普通預金の金利で定期預金口座で管理されます。　対象の資金を動かしたい場合はマイゲートで資金移動ができず窓口必須の取り扱いとなります。ちなみに定期の資金を動かすために窓口で30分以上待たされました。出金には時間と手間がすごくかかりますが、銀行が近くにあれば手続き可能です。近所に関西みらいがない場合は結構な手間と時間がかかります、よって普通預金以外の利用はあまりお勧めできません。評価は、定期の約款変更により、預金者側の手間が増えましたが私のケースでは窓口に出向いて出金できましたので★3個としました。 Those who have a regular pension should be careful.
