ATMの利用できる時間が長く、ATMの台数が１０台以上あるので便利ですが時々混雑が激しいです。
小さい駐車場（平日のみ）が、アーケード街側にあります。
窓口の営業時間外でも各種カードの申し込みができる、簡単操作のテレビ窓口が２台あります。

新規で口座を作ろうとしたら最近あったドコモ口座とかのせいか詐欺のせいかわかりませんが口座開設を何度も確認され時間がかかりました
丁寧だったので不愉快な思いまではいなかったですが4点です

他の銀行と比べると対応が悪いように感じる。
コロナでパーテーションをおいてるからか、声が聞こえない。
声を大きくしてほしいと伝えても改善がない。

ならんで振り込む時点で知って3時超えたらどおすんの！不親切。
さらに、ATMと窓口振り込みの手数料の金額差が大きい。たった1000円超えてもだし。
