C	Chihiro Okabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 解約するのに1時間半待たされた。1時間経った時にトイレに席を外し、戻ってからまた30分待ち。流石にしびれを切らして受付に番号を確認したら「さっき何度も呼んだのに何故いないんですか？」と受付の男性に怒られた。番号は削除されていたし、最初に聴取した内容もなかった事になっていた。それでも、窓口で対応してくれた方は何度も「お待たせしてすみませんでした」と素早く聴取し直して対応してくれた。他の窓口の方も「混雑してお待たせして申し訳ありません」と対応していたのが聞こえた。横柄なのは受付の方だけなのだなと思った。新卒、新大学生が新規口座を開設するシーズンだから混雑している、との理由だったがお隣のUFJ は30分ほどで直ぐに対応していたし、お客もイライラしていなかった。解約してよかった。 I was made to wait an hour and a half to cancel.
