★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通帳の氏名変更の為、店舗を訪れた。
「手続きの為、通帳を預かる」と言われた。
他行では、記憶に無いので、理由を聞くと、「当社の規定」と。
納得出来無い。
預かり書は、出されたが、支店印は、無し。
責任者というと、〜役と云う若い社員。
署名させたら、自分の名前なのに、下手な貧相な字である。
頼りないと、思える。
翌日、通帳を返す様に抗議すると、東京に送ったと。
支店次長に確認させたら、支店でも30分ほどで変更出来ると。
支店次長も、勉強不足である。
酷い銀行だ。
