近くにここしかないので何回もお世話になっていますが 窓口は、言われたことしかやらないし、質問しても正確に答えられないこともしばしば わざわざお金かけて窓口を設けている意味がないと感じる 他支店の窓口では感じないことなのでこの支店の問題だと思う

5/31(月)10時半ごろ 2番の窓口にいた受付の対応が最悪 法人現金振り込みで、通帳の番号が必要と言われ、事務所に電話をかけて確認したが、 結局通帳原本がないと振込は不可とのことで事務所に戻る羽目になった。最初に原本がないと不可と言って欲しかった。 受付によって必要書類が変わるのでこの支店は利用しないべき。

2021年9月末に定期自動振込設定のため2Fの窓口を利用。受付で要件を聞いてくれて書式と記載見本を即座に手渡された。さらに住所変更も必要では?と逆に提案されて気付き、受付のタブレット端末で簡潔に済ませれた。受付の方もテキパキと迅速に処置が完了した。過去はどうだったかは知らないが現時点では非常に気持ちよく要件が完了した。
