賃貸契約はしてはいないのですが。
私の自宅前のマンションの管理会社が、平和住宅情報センター 仙台駅東口店さんに最近変わりました。
以前の管理会社の時に、ゴミ置場の設備がイマイチで、カラスやネコでゴミが散乱して、近隣住宅でも大変困っていました。
その管理会社へ何度も修繕、対応をを依頼しましたが、２年以上まったく無対応でした。
それが、平和住宅情報センター に変わって、ゴミの問題のご相談をしましたら、１週間位でゴミ置場の補修と改善を行って頂きました。
迅速な対応頂き感謝しています。

I don't have a rental contract.
The management company of the condominium in front of my house has recently changed to the Heiwa Housing Information Center Sendai Station East Exit.
When I was a former management company, the equipment in the garbage yard was not good, and garbage was scattered by crows and cats, and I was in great trouble even in the neighboring houses.
I asked the management company to repair and respond to it many times, but it was completely unsupported for more than two years.
Then, when I changed to the Peace Housing Information Center and consulted about the problem of garbage, I had them repair and improve the garbage storage in about a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 繁忙期だと思い予約などなしで行ったのですが、ご丁寧に対応してくださり助かりました。ひとつだけお願いというか要望なのですが、運転者の方の運転が荒くちょっと気分が悪くなってしまいましたので、運転をもう少し丁寧にしていただけると助かります。(もちろん運転者にもよりますので全員の方がそうとは言いません)
I thought it was a busy season and went without a reservation, but I was grateful for the polite response. I'd like to ask only one thing, but the driver's driving was rough and I felt a little sick, so it would be helpful if you could drive a little more carefully. (Of course it depends on the driver, so not everyone says so)
