とても良い眼科だなと思いました。 若めの女性の先生と、年配の男性の先生に計2回診ていただきました。結果的に女性の先生が瞼の裏の異常を見つけてくださり、男性の先生が具体的に診断、説明してくださいました。お二人共、特に男性の先生は質問に丁寧に答えてくださり疑問が晴れました。 今回の病状がわかるまで、他三軒病院を廻りました。瞼の裏を診てくださったのは、こちらが初めてでした。 カウンセリングをしっかりして、流れ作業的な診療でない良さを感じます。 初めて土曜日に訪れましたが、混雑の為普段は12時30分までの午前の受付が早く切り上げられていました。 ギリギリに行ったのがいけなかったのですが、電車に乗ってわざわざ伺った身としてはとても残念でした。 混雑する時期には気をつけたいと思います。3月初めの土曜日でした。

I was disappointed as I took the trouble by riding the train though it was not possible to go to the limit. I would like to be aware of it during the crowded period. It was Saturday at the beginning of March.

初めて行ったときは健康診断で眼圧が高いと言われたので検査のため行った。そのときの対応は適切だった。その後眼に腫れ物が出来て行ったが、受付でも若い助手も症状を聞かずにいきなり眼圧眼底の検査をされ、痛い思いをした。かえって腫れが酷くなった。まず患者の症状を聞くのが当たり前なのにやっていない。もう二度と行かない。

いつもは良い先生なのですが、木曜日の診療を担当している「イイノ」というお医者さんは最悪です。子供が相当嫌いなのか上の子を「それ」。下の子を「これ」呼ばわり。診療も適当で極め付けは「薬はどれがいい?」と聞いてきました。 診療を受けに行って薬を自分で選ぶ羽目になるとは思いませんでした。受付には終始感じが悪かった事を伝えましたが、あの人は異常だと思います。イイノが担当の木曜日は行かない方が良いと思います。

充血・痒みで初診。 受付・検査技師さん・担当医、 全ての方がスムーズ且つ気持ちよく対応をして下さいました。 特に受付の方、他の初診者に対しての対応で気が付いたのですが、目視で判断出来ない症状に対しては受診内容の確認をしてました。 私の様な明らかに症状が解る人にはその問答をしていませんでした。(勿論、両者共に初診の問診票は記入します) そういった臨機応変な対応は、出来るようで出来ないものなので、非常に関心いたしました。 因みに、私が受診した時は待合室にて大画面テレビが有ったので(音声は無し)待つ時間も苦になりません。

2時間待ちで、視力検査、眼底検査(待ち時間30分)はトータル10分未満で行いました。特に異常を見つからず、加齢による飛蚊症だったので、これ以上は何に何にもできませんの結論でした。ちょっと時間の無駄かも、おすすめできませんかね

今までアレルギー性結膜炎やコンタクトレンズの購入で何度かお世話になっている。 いつも思うのは視力検査などをしてくれる看護師さん達が男性も女性もとても親切で気さくである事。かなり時間が経っているのに、前回話した些細な話の内容も覚えていてくれた。 乱視のコンタクトレンズの購入の際、再検査で若干見え方が落ちていたのだが、丁寧な検査をしてくれて前回よりもより合っているものに変更してくれた。 先生の方は水曜日の上品なおじいさんの先生が優しく丁寧に診察してくれるのでとても信頼ができる。女性の先生は淡々と少しクールな印象。もう1人の男性の先生も特に嫌な感じはしなかった。受付の女性はいつも暗い印象ではあるが、元々そういう人なのだろうと思う。
