★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べる処は２箇所に別れており、向かって右手側のテーブル席がある方に入店です。左手側はカウンター席のみになります。
ちょっと豪華な奥出雲割子（981円）を注文、待つこと７～８分で配膳です。割子そば３枚に別々の具材がのっています。一番上は舞茸天ぷら、２枚目はしめじと山菜、３枚目はとろろ。薬味（青葱・刻み海苔・かつお節・山葵）は別椀提供、他に大根・人参サラダと漬物が付きます。
蕎麦は殻挽で豪快な味わい、繊細な二八も良いですがワシワシ頂く出雲蕎麦はまた別の味わいがあり大好きです^^ 岡山市内で頂く出雲蕎麦に比較して弾力と味わいは一段上に感じました。
出汁は少し辛めの鰹仕様でしょうか、もう少し量が欲しいと思いました。３種の具材で味の変化が楽しめるのも良いですね、私は最後のとろろがかなり本格的な味わいで一番良かったです！！

Order a little luxurious Okuizumo Wariko (981 yen) and wait for 7-8 minutes to wait. Separate ingredients are placed on three walnut soba noodles. The top is maiko tempura, the second is shimeji and wild vegetables, the third is mellow. Condiments (blue crab, chopped seaweed, bonito and yam) are provided separately, and radish / carrot salad and pickles are also included.
The buckwheat noodles have a splendid taste, and the delicate 28 is good, but Izumo soba with sardines also has another taste and I love it ^^ (The elasticity and taste are one step higher than Izumo soba in Okayama city) felt. *
I thought that the soup stock was a little spicy, but I wanted a little more. It's nice to be able to enjoy the change in taste with the three ingredients, and I was the best because the last thickened taste is quite authentic! !

カウンターが主で、二人席が２席位にもかかわらず、開店から次々お客さん入ってくるし、持ち帰りも次々買っていくお客さんも。天丼と暖かい蕎麦のセット美味しかった✨また行きます?

日替わりが800円でお得でした!
Maitake rice is excellent. It was a chewy and smooth soba noodle.
