y	yo “TS2121” sakuro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京にある「神田やぶそば」の正式な暖簾分け店です。つゆは関東風味でしょっぱ目です。せいろ並盛とミニ天丼のセットで1600円少々でした。天丼のつゆも、やはりしょっぱ目です。この辺りは好みになります。量は少なめです。出雲そばに比べると、コシや香りは弱い気がします。 This is the official Noren store of "Kanda Yabusoba" in Tokyo.
