厨房は店主が一人で切り盛りしてますが、混雑時も待つことなく、とても丁寧な仕事で一皿一皿心踊らせて堪能しました♪
 There are many menus of seasonal ingredients and local ingredients, which are very delicious.
The kitchen is run by the owner alone, but I didn't have to wait even when it was crowded.

The place is recommended when you want to drink quietly in the back alley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べた料理、全て美味しかったです。ビールもキンキンに冷えてて美味しく頂けました。
ただタバコが分煙にも禁煙にもなっていなく、後からやって来た客がスマホで通話しながら電子じゃないタバコを吸い出しました。臭いが気になって途中から微妙でした。そこだけ残念でした。
The food I ate was all delicious. The beer was also chilled and delicious.
However, the cigarettes were neither smoke-free nor non-smoking, and a customer who came later smoked a non-electronic cigarette while talking on a smartphone. I was worried about the smell and it was subtle from the middle. That was the only disappointment.
