★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスの方の態度が非常に粗悪です。
同じ方が何度か来られましたが、常に何かにイラついている様子で、まともに会話になりません。
初期不良の商品のことを訪ねても「私に聞かれてもわかりません」と言い、何の為に来てもらってるのかわからない状況となりました。
その後、他の方から電話でその時の接客態度を聞かれ、謝ってはもらいましたが何のフォローもありません。
電話や来訪時に自社名を「東芝」と言いますし、自社に対してのプライドも感じられません。
納入された風呂場は数年でシーリングがボロボロになり、あちこち変色が始まる始末。
一つ言えるのは、二度とこちらではお世話になりません。

The delivered bathroom has been tattered in several years, and discoloration has started.
One thing I can say is that I will never take care of you again.
