田舎の業者だけあって、ビジネスサービスの質は低いので仕方ないとは思っていましたが・・・・・
「相見積ですか」と頭から聞かれる点や、立会時間に来ないこと、こちらの要望を汲み取れないこと、最後は施工費が安いのがわかると「施工できません」と言われました。
また見積書も雑で、金額のみが記載され内訳がありませんでした。
別の業者に依頼したところ、1/3で見積もりが返ってきました。
本当に残念です。
We recommend that you never use it.
I thought it couldn't be helped because there are only rural vendors and the quality of business services is low.
When I was asked "Is it a phase estimate?", I didn't come during the witness time, I couldn't understand my request, and finally I found out that the construction cost was low, I was told "I can't do the construction".
In addition, the quotation was also rough, and only the amount was stated and there was no breakdown.
When I asked another vendor, I got a quote in 1/3.
It is really a pity.
