お土産に買ったひやおろしもなかなか良かった。国道沿いのお店で買えましたが少し趣がない。宿場町で買いたいというのはどうでも良い拘りか。

もちろん、宮本武蔵ゆかりの地としても有名。
田中酒造場はそんな街道沿いに建ち、昔ながらの道具で、杜氏さんがご家族で酒造りを続けられている造り酒屋駅。
代表銘柄は『武蔵の里』
しかし、私の目当ては別にある。
少量生産されている銘柄『宙狐』である。
田中酒造のお酒はすっきりとしたやや辛でお米の甘みが優しく飲みやすい。
『宙狐』はとくに角のない感じが気に入っている。
物足りなく感じる方は『武蔵の里』の方をどうぞ?
ちなみに『宙狐』とはこちらの方言で狐火のことらしい。
何故、この名前にしたのかは分からない。
また、行けたら、その時に聞いてみたい。

It is a brand "Sora Fox" that is produced in small quantities.
Tanaka Sake Brewery's sake is refreshing and slightly spicy, and the sweetness of rice is gentle and easy to drink.
I especially like the hornless feeling of "Sora Fox".

By the way, "Sora fox" is a dialect of this dialect and seems to mean fox fire.
I don't know why I chose this name.
