平日の開店と同時に入店。 せいろそばセット+ぜんざい、田舎そばセット+わらび餅を注文。全部おいしかった。たまにはこういう落ち着いたお店でランチもいい。

素人そば打ちの麺童が20数年前に蕎麦打ちを教えていただいた師匠と仰ぐ「森下の京金」さんです。 今まであった1階の店(十七)は若手に譲り、同じビルの6階に隠れ家的に昼間11~14時だけ営業して復活しました。(火曜日は定休) 私が飛び込みで入店した時は運良く席につけましたが、ご主人と女将さんの二人でやっている店のため、大人数には対応できません。入店には事前の電話連絡をするのが良いでしょう。 この日も、蕎麦味噌をつまみにビールを飲んでいる蕎麦好きそうな先客のお姉さんや少人数の蕎麦好き仕事人達が入店し、昼前ではあったのですが直ぐに空き席が埋まってしまいました。 丁寧な江戸蕎麦切りと鰹出汁がキリット効いた汁で、あっという間に1枚が喉を通って胃袋に収まり、蕎麦湯も美味しく頂きました。 さすがに、歴史がある森下の京金さんです。ぜひともご賞味を!

運良く営業日に前を通りがかって来店 ちょっと贅沢ランチ 肝心のお蕎麦を撮り忘れてしまうという失態? すだち蕎麦(冷やし)と鴨の治部煮とそば飯の山かけをセットで〜 上品なお味と量で体調が優れなかったけどぺろりと完食 ご夫妻が元気にされていて良かった。 今年で創業191年になるそう、是非あと9年頑張って頂きたい。

言わずと知れた下町の名店で、旧店舗の6階に移って、御夫婦で小ぢんまりと昼のみ営業されています。味は昔と変わらず、いやそれ以上に美味いです。せいろも田舎も風味たっぷりでコシがあり、出汁も山葵も一級品。狭いがゆえの丁寧な接客もあいまって、蕎麦を堪能するには最上級の空間です。やや不定休気味なので電話予約をした方が確実です。 あと一階はお弟子さんのお店で、こちらもよろしくとのことです。
