★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人形町駅から徒歩1分。以前こちらの店頭で販売されていた、アスパラガスをいただいてそのアスパラガスが美味しかったので今回は来店しました！
店内はこじんまりとした内装で、今は出来ませんが、落ち着いたら宴会や複数人で利用するのも良さそうですね！消毒用のアルコールやパーテーションもあり対策はバッチリです！
今回頼んだのは骨つき豚ロースの香草ロースト「アリスタ」1,500円
※サラダ、デザートがついてきました！
アリスタはイタリアのトスカーナの香草、塩胡椒、ニンニク、のシンプルな伝統郷土料理だそうで、ローズマリーで焼き上げているそうです！
この美しいピンクの火入れ！最高でしたね。見てるだけでワクワクします。
サラダは、オリーブオイルのシンプルなドレッシングと、カポナータ、自家製のマヨネーズにアスパラガス。自家製マヨネーズがフワッフワで口の中で溶けて、美味しいんです！アスパラも軽く茹で上げただけだそうで、コリコリとしていて、そこら辺のスーパーとは違うアスパラ！といった感じ！
カポナータはイタリアシチリア島発祥の料理ですが、これまた野菜とオリーブオイルの甘さが最高に美味しい！
デザートは柑橘系のグラニータでしょうか？シャリシャリとキンキンに冷えた柑橘系の酸が、豚の重めな脂をスッキリさせてくれます！夏はこういったフルーツ系アイスは、たまりませんね！
ごちそうさまでした！
次回はディナーで行きたいです！

The salad is a simple dressing of olive oil, caponata, homemade mayonnaise and asparagus. Homemade mayonnaise is fluffy and melts in your mouth, and it's delicious! Caponata is a dish that originated in Sicily, Italy, but the sweetness of vegetables and olive oil is also the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パスタコースとして、日替りではなく定番のトスカーナ風牛肉のラグー(ミートソース)1100円を注文。
◆間取り…入ってすぐに4席のカウンター、奧に２人テーブル×4、３人テーブル×1。カウンター前が厨房。店内はこじんまりしているがオシャレな雰囲気。
◆運営…厨房+接客はこだわりを感じる男性１人のみ。BGMはブライアンアダムスなどの軽快なボーカルの洋楽。
◆料理…この日の前菜はポタージュスープと生ハムと高級感があったが、サラダ的なものが無く野菜が少なかったので残念だった。
パスタは少し大盛りにしてもらったためか量もしっかりと多く、ソースも麺が好みの硬めに茹でてあり、汁も最後までスプーンで飲め、美味しかった。
ドリンクを追加注文制としながら、デザートとしてパイナップルの入ったアイスクリームをランチセットに付けていたので、充実感があった。

◆ Operation ... Kitchen + customer service is only for one man who feels particular about it. BGM is a light vocal Western music such as Bryan Adams.
◆ Cooking… The appetizer of the day had a high-class feeling with potage soup and prosciutto, but it was disappointing because there was no salad-like thing and there were few vegetables.
The amount of pasta was large, probably because it was a little large, the sauce was boiled to the desired hardness, and the juice was delicious with a spoon until the end.
I had an additional order for drinks, but I also added ice cream with pineapple to the lunch set as a dessert, which made me feel fulfilled.

2ヶ月越しの願いが叶った…！
お昼時にお邪魔しましたよ！
メニューは、パスタセット1100円
牛肉の炭火焼きタリアッテーレセット1500円
ランチパスタは日替わりみたい！
どちらにも、前菜とプチデザートが付いてくるなんて……、
このお値段でいいんですかっ？？って感じ。
2人でお邪魔したので、パスタとお肉両方オーダー。パスタ大盛りにしちゃった
お席についてすぐ運ばれてきたお冷のグラスがひえっひえに冷えていて、おもてなしの意識の高さを感じました。
オーダーして数分で前菜が運ばれてきたのですが、これがまた美しいし、美味しい事このうえない！！！
トマトは、今まで食べたトマトの中でも驚くくらいの甘みと旨味がぎゅっっと詰まっていて、目と鼻の穴がぴかって開いちゃうくらいのおいしさ。笑
サーモンも肉厚で適度に脂が乗ってけど臭みがないし、
サラダに乗ってる生ハムは、店主が原木から削った生ハムを乗せてくれている。とーーっても美味しい。
そしてメイン。
パスタは、お肉ほろっほろで、ニンニクも効いた美味しいトマトパスタ。
とにかくトマトソースが美味しすぎるから、ペンネとかの穴にソースたっぷり詰め込んでたい！！美味しいよなーー絶対！！とか思ってみたり。巻き巻きして食べる麺とソースピッタリ食べ終われる技身につけたい笑
お皿なのかたっぷりソースなのかな？パスタ、食べ終わる最後まであったかくて驚いた。
タリアッテーレは、お肉やわらかっっ、絶妙な火入れ。ピンクペッパーやソースとの相性抜群！パンかライスを選べるんだけど、ライスをチョイス！次はパンもありだなぁ〜♡
だいぶお腹満たされて、最後はぷちデザート
オレンジのデザートでしたよ！
柑橘系の苦味と香りでお口さっぱりです。
大大大満足です。ご馳走様でした！

前菜、デザート付きということで嬉しい！
前菜のボリュームがすごい。
え、本当に1100円で良いのですか？！って思ってしまう。
サラダ、豚肉、ミネストローネがついてくるんですがちょっとずつじゃなくしっかり食べ応えあるのです！嬉
お野菜にこだわりがあるとのことで
ミネストローネもお野菜たっぷりで優しいお味。
パスタも新玉がほのかに甘くてトマトの酸味もベーコンとの塩気も絶妙！
最高に美味しいトマトソースをいただきました。
最後まで飽きずにぺろりと一瞬で食べてしまいました。
ホント、一瞬！笑
そしてデザートは、この日は自家製のオレンジのジェラートと自家製マショマロでした。
さっぱりとしたジェラートが食後に堪らない〜！
甘過ぎず大好きなお味。
私はプラス300円のカフェラテもいただきました。
優しい味でほっこりタイムを過ごさせてもらいました。
この日は13時半位にお伺いしてそれほど混雑してなく待たずに入れました。12時台はお客さんも多いと思うので少し時間をずらすことをオススメします！
近くだったら週2,3で通いたい美味しさとコスパの良さ！！
何をいただいても美味しそうなので、産後は是非、夜も来てみたい素敵なお店です。
