乳児連れだったのでレントゲンの間、子どもを受付の方が見ていてくれてとても助かりました。
It was very crowded on weekday mornings.
Since I was with a baby, the receptionist was watching the child during the X-ray, which was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約制でないにも関わらず診察順序を入れ替えられることもあるので、１時間待ちなどは当たり前。対応最悪の受付バイトと、素人に毛が生えた程度のリハビリ担当スタッフも揃っていますので、心と時間に余裕のある方にはぜひ。
Even though it is not a reservation system, the examination order may be changed, so waiting for one hour is natural. We have the worst reception byte and the rehabilitation staff who have the hair of an amateur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リハビリ施設もある、整形外科医院です。お医者様をはじめ、レントゲン技師さん、理学療法士さん、看護師さんもとても感じの良い方ばかりでした。
お医者様の説明は、大変わかりやすくて丁寧です。そのせいか、時間帯によっては混雑するようです。本でもお持ちになり、気長に待ちましょう。
リハビリでは、理学療法士さんが狙い目の時間を教えてくださいました。
Orthopedic clinic with rehabilitation facilities. The doctors, X-ray technicians, physiotherapists, and nurses were all very pleasant.
The doctor's explanation is very easy to understand and polite. Because of that, it seems to be crowded depending on the time of day. Please bring a book and wait patiently.
In rehabilitation, the physiotherapist taught me the time to aim.

予約無しでしたが、診察待ち→30分後レントゲン→5分後診察&報告とスムーズでした。
受付、レントゲン技士、先生も非常に好感がもてました✨
First visit I had a pain in my right chest
I didn't make a reservation, but it was smooth, waiting for a medical examination → 30 minutes later X-ray → 5 minutes later medical examination & report.
The receptionist, X-ray engineer, and teacher were also very pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 理学療法士の接遇が感じ悪い、立ち食いラーメン屋のほうがまだしっかり話を聞いて笑顔で接してくれる。医師との連携が取れていなく、他職種同士のチームプレイが出来ていない。受付の時間が長い、待合室が狭く長時間立ちながら待たなければならない状態が続き、このご時世に不安になる。
The physiotherapist's hospitality is unpleasant, and the standing-eating ramen shop still listens to the story and treats me with a smile. There is no coordination with doctors, and team play between other occupations is not possible. The reception time is long, the waiting room is small and you have to wait while standing for a long time, which makes you uneasy at this time.

それに対して、受付での対応はひどく不案内です。そして診療後に待合室で待っていてもいつまで経っても呼ばれません。ここでは実は、受付に直接名乗り出て会計を済ますのが正解です(タイミングが悪いとまだだと怒られますが)。初心者泣かせのクリニックですので-1です。
The teachers are very nice.
On the other hand, the response at the reception is terribly unfamiliar. And even if you wait in the waiting room after medical treatment, you will not be called forever. In fact, the correct answer here is to go directly to the reception desk and pay the bill (although if the timing is not right, you will get angry). It is -1 because it is a clinic that makes beginners cry.
