イオン久御山のすぐ近くという立地で一時間は直ぐ過ぎる。
メカニックのお兄さんは快活で好印象。
受付のお姉さんはマニュアル通りのせりふを高速で投げ付けてくるので素人では理解が追い付かないです。

受付の方、また整備士の方、皆さん大変丁寧な対応でした。
また事前の連絡で法定費用の説明や整備にかかる大まかな金額の説明の為の連絡が有りました。
当日受付の際、メンテナンスパックを推奨して頂いたのですが、これが中々の曲者でした。
メンテナンスパックの中には必要な整備、不要な整備をうまく混在され、必要な整備を数点選ぶとパック料金を超えてしまうという…。
これは商売上手というべきでしょうが、正直不要な整備を外してでも安価に抑えて欲しかったところではあります。
また整備士の方が、工場内で整備の必要なところを丁寧に教えて頂き分かりやすかったと思います。

This should be called a commercial seller, but honestly, I wanted it to be kept cheap even if unnecessary maintenance was removed.
Also, I think it was easier for the mechanic to teach me the parts that need maintenance in the factory.

2回目の車検でしたが、安く早く車検をお願い出来て大変ありがたかったです。
The reception was very polite, and the mechanic's explanation was kind and easy to understand.
It was the second car inspection, but I was very grateful that I was able to ask for a car inspection cheaply and quickly.

価格も普通に良心的だと思います。次回車検予約すると、2年間オイル交換無料なのがお得なので利用してます。

I think the price is usually reasonable. When I make a reservation for the next vehicle inspection, it is advantageous that the oil change is free for 2 years, so I use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予防交換パーツやオイル等は自分で交換する旨を伝えて、車検に引っ掛かるような箇所がなければ本当にネット提示価格にして頂けるのでびっくりしました！
接客の対応も整備士さんの対応もすごく良く、大変助かりました。
I was surprised that I told them that I would replace the preventive replacement parts and oil by myself, and if there were no parts that would get caught in the vehicle inspection, I could really get the price offered online!
The customer service and the mechanic's response were very good, which was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は非常に明るくて、とても清潔感があります。コロナ対応もしっかりされており、密になる心配も少ないです。何より、スタッフの方々がとても親切丁寧で、車検以外の事も相談に乗ってもらえるのは有り難いです。
