3	3 Shigein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都南の方が空いてるみたいだし（駐車場の込み具合から考えて）、駐車場はいつも十分すいているから良いのでは？私は近所なので、バイクに車と毎回お世話になってます。朝一番は混んでるから、時間に縛りがなければ午後でも良いかと（書類だけもらいに午後に行った時はすいてたかと。）。午前中でも、並んで交付受けるまで1時間以内かな？今日はバイク継続検査で、九時半に書類の記入から初めて、交付もらうのは11時だったかな（ゆっくり行動してたからね）。書類の記入もはるか昔にくらべたら、記入例がわかりやすく書いてあるし、書類も無料になってるから（点検簿は除く）、ユーザー車検も受験しやすくなりましたね。前回は検査員さんがずっと付いてくれて、初心者でも安心かと（軽自動車協会での車検もそんな感じでした。最近はどこもそんな感じなのかな？）。 It seems that the southern part of Kyoto is vacant (considering how crowded the parking lot is), and the parking lot is always sufficiently empty, isn't it?
