★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ来店してもスタッフの動き遅く待たされる事多数。忙しいかもしれませんが一応客商売されてると思うのでどうかと。
他にも色々対応悪いので二度と利用しません。
 No matter how many times you come to the store, the staff will be waiting late. It may be busy, but I guess it is a customer business.
I will not use it again because it is bad for various other things.

ちょっとした整備を無料でやってくれたりして好感が持てます
最近は、オートバックスやディーラーも予約がないと
かなり待たされるようです
事前に予約してから訪問すると待ち時間が少なくて済みます
直営だからかどうか解りませんが、ちょっと車検の基本整備料が高すぎのような気がします

急な飛び込みにも関わらず迅速かつ丁寧な対応で修理していただきとても助かりました。
ショールームのお姉さんも可愛く丁寧で好感もてました。

スタッフも教育が行き届いており、笑顔で受け答えも素晴らしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6ヶ月点検とオイル交換と洗車をしてもらってきました。
待ち時間は1時間ほどでしたが、抹茶オレを入れてもらってのんびり待っていましたら、少し時間がたった頃に熱いお茶を持ってきてくれました。
お茶をいただきながらのんびり待たせてもらい、車はピッカピカになって気分爽快で帰ってきました。
営業さんもにこやかな対応をしてくださり、大好きです。
I had my car inspected, oil changed and car wash for 6 months.
The waiting time was about 1 hour, but if you had Matcha Make me wait and laid it leisurely, it brought a hot tea around a little time.
I got a cup of tea while waiting slowly, the car became shiny and I felt refreshed and came back.
Sales people also respond smartly and I love them.
